If there is one overriding lesson that I learned from all the negotiations, it
is that we made a mistake in the negotiations. And when I say "we" I
include myself because I was the lead negotiator. We spend all our time in the
negotiations and we didn't spend enough time developing people-to-people."

the experience of seeing the play and taking part in the discussions to be uplifting.
The

in the rooms of the Peace Cafe.
The
documentary shows how the evenings at the Peace Cafe give voice to people who
feel a deep sense of frustration with leaders, politicians, foreign policy experts,
the media, and all whose actions bring more violence and military firepower to
an explosive world.
